It is to our benefit to have an agreement with ourselves before we develop a navigation plan for ever-changing turbulent waters of life. The agreement involves self reflection and commitment to oneself for achieving what one wants. This agreement creates the mindset for setting focused goals to persistently strengthen the significant areas in life followed by actions to achieve goals. 1. Outline a plan for the achievement of each goal by defining periodic targets.
2. Listen, develop an interest in other’s needs and center how can you help them (spouse, children, peers, friends and family) succeed.
3. Nurture creativity in oneself and others to achieve and sustain results.
4. Make time your ally.
5. Strengthen mental muscles everyday by meditation, affirmations, inspiration, network and support.
6. View, embrace and triumph over obstacles with integrity
7. Learn from mistakes and develop best practices in life
