Before we begin our voyage on career journey, let’s ask ourselves some questions. How happy are you, where you are (as an employee whatever level that may be, a business owner, a coach, domestic engineer, unemployed, in transition) on a scale of 1 – 10, 10 being the happiest and 1 being the least happy.

If you treat your career as a job and just tolerate it, you want to have a life that you can enjoy. Take a moment and see where you want to go next.

You could have a stable successful job and follow a career or profession on the side. There can be several scenarios in life.

I started out as an associate professor where I connected with students, learned from them and coached them to realize their best. I moved on to research, yet was always drawn back to the power of people. The mystery of people’s enigma drew me back into coaching.
