The DP Group has successfully partnered with Cary Academy, Young Women In Bio and Youth Coach Global to provide enjoyable learning experiences to today’s youth. The DP Group is a leadership development company that prepares leaders for the great work they are destined to achieve. We value and celebrate individuality; we believe that every person has a potential that can be developed to be an exceptional and successful leader. Our workshops are designed to cultivate individual leadership skills, develop confidence through self-understanding, and work effectively in teams through mutual understanding and respect. Our participants use insight to gain knowledge and implement actions in real life situations through experiential exercises. We explore together opportunities to be good citizens to serve the needs of our communities.
