We believe that every youth is a leader. We partner with tweens and teens to help find their power and voice so they can embrace themselves and others, fully step into the role of leadership and inhabit that role for a lifetime. Our aim is to equip our kids with skills and confidence that will stand the test of time. Our programs and workshops do not tell them what to do. The workshops and programs teach them: higher order thinking skills – ability to plan, organize, execute the plan, and problem solving, help them, support them, let them try it, encourage them, listen to them, answer questions, applaud, cheer and celebrate!
